EU Good Food – Good Life

EU Good Food – Good Life

is a three-year information and promotion programme, running from 2024 to 2027 in the markets of South Korea and Vietnam. The campaign focuses on the promotion of high-quality European food products including meat – frozen beef, fresh, chilled and frozen pork and products based on those meats – as well as fruit – canned peaches and fresh kiwis.
The aims of the campaign are to raise awareness of the nutritional value of meat and fruit produced in Europe, and to build awareness that the place of origin of agricultural products, the production methods used and the high standards of food production have a key impact on their quality, taste and safety.

Production safety
and quality standards

The European Union applies a number of standards and control systems that guarantee high, reproducible food quality at every stage of production.
These standards cover manufacturing conditions, hygiene, laboratory control and systems for monitoring potential hazards.
Interior of the barn. On the left, nine cows (eight black and white and one brown) sticking their heads out through the stall partitions. On the right side of the photo, a veterinarian - a middle-aged man wearing a white long apron, extending his right hand toward one of the cows (he keeps his left hand in his apron pocket). The cow in the foreground has its gaze directed toward the photographer, the other one turns its head toward the vet, the others are eating hay lying on the floor.
